Our objective of this operational audit is to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the property management company’s operations, identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance performance.

Tenant Relations: The assessment of tenant satisfaction and communication, as well as the management of tenant complaints and concerns.
Maintenance and Repairs: The review of the maintenance and repair processes, including the frequency and timeliness of maintenance and repair requests, and the overall quality of the work performed.
Marketing and Leasing: The assessment of marketing and leasing activities, including the effectiveness of advertising, property showings, and tenant retention.
Risk Management: The review of the property management company’s risk management policies and procedures, including insurance coverage and liability protection.
